• The minimum (compulsory) age limit for any male or female is 12 years for the language course
• Advance fee paid will only be refundable till first two classes, after that no such claim will be entertained
• Students will strictly maintain the decorum of class and will not use any foul language against any individual. Anyone found in such an act will be immediately disqualified from the course without any refund or adjustment.
• If there is any conflict, students are requested to refer to management.
• KYF/AJHK does not guarantee that any services provided in conjunction to the Chinese course during the lectures will be accurately available on daily basis to students.
• There is required a 70% of minimum attendance in order to be eligible to attend the final exam at the end of the course
• Students are to report to class 10 mins before starting time to avoid any hassle during the lectures
• KYF executive committee decision will be considered final & unchallenged in any matter
• Individuals affiliated with Khwajgan community and Syeds will be charged at a subsidized rate of Rs. 4,000/-
• Rest of the individuals other then people in above category will be charged at a rate of Rs. 7,000/-.
